Noob-solar/lithium question

2022 Micro Minnie 2100BH
Original I had lead acid battery (group 24 84aH).
190 watt solar w/ GoPower PWM 30amp solar charge controller.

Recently updated JUST the battery
LiTime Lithium 100aH group 24 with Bluetooth app

So I reprogrammed the charge controller for the lithium battery and I’m not noticing any charging.

Ran the battery down to 94% (94aH)
It’s not replacing it. All the indicator lights on the charge controller suggest it’s adding power. But all day my %SOC didn’t budge.

If you have a multimeter, measure across the output wires of the charge controller. They should read 13.5-14.5v and 4-10 amps in good sunlight. If you’re getting good output from the controller, it means you could be consuming as much dc power as you’re putting in, or battery is near full and bms is not accepting more charge. Resting voltage of LFP is 13.6v. Curious what the app says about voltage and amps coming in. Could be the app or bms needs to be initialized on first use. Additionally, PWM controllers do not reach maximum power point, so you may not get all the amperage being produced by the panels.
