OK what's it for?

Under the rear bed is a closed in area with maybe a 2" hole cut in it, in the passenger side next to drawers. It is to the rear of the coach and I can see the location from the rear bay where the water tank is, but no wire or anything else. What could it be for or contain. MAYBE IT'S FULL OF CASH?

Just as a guess maybe it is supposed to let a little warm air get to the water tank area to help prevent freezing.

It has a heat tube to the water tank pump area. One of these days when I feel limber I'll crawl under/back there and look for ????? MMMM rear heat radiator, could be the install area.

Check your year/model brochure, see if it was an option.
On my 98 class A, there's a box built in under the bed that houses the heater. Coolant lines are plumbed through the floor.
