One Place Digital Monitor Panel

We bought a 2011 Journey Express in January of 2021. The dealer replaced the tank monitoring panel(Precision Circuits, One Place Digital Monitor Panel, 00-10032-200) at that time. It failed again in May and again in August. The LCD panel gets black lines across it to the point that nothing is readable. Has anyone had a similar experience? Is it a voltage issue coming to the panel?
