Scary lights?

Hey folks, new member here with a question. I have a light outside under the awning on my Meridian Itasca 36g, also have one just like it on the other side of the bus. How do you get the one on the backside to come own??

On my winnebago journey 36g, the twin to yours, there is a switch in wet bay if I remember correctly or it might be in the electrical bay. Rarely I have I used as I usually dump tanks or hook up at campgrounds when it is dark enough to need it.
