Solar not charging battery after breakaway pulled out

Hi. 2108DS Micro Minnie Towable. Breakaway cable inadvertantly pulled out and put back in, tight, within a couple minutes. Battery is okay but charging from the rooftop solar panel is kaput. Checked the solar controller and it showed that charge was coming from the rooftop solar and showed the battery voltage as about 2/3 full, but the solar did not charge up the battery at all thereafter. Battery did take charge from shore power. Any thoughts, please??? I checked the fuse on the solar charger and the fuse on the battery wire and the breaker panel...all OK. Don't know what else to do.
