Cool Stoked about front O/H cabinet insulation

So stoked! Been working on problems with overhead compartment heat killing several tv components-today after moving the matrix boxes, IR remote box, surround sound speaker box and ground loop box wires to inside the cabinet I insulated the front cap with R-13 faced insulation and foil backed roll insulation. What a difference in temp as I installed- the sun was hitting the front of coach and I could feel the heat as I started-could even see pinholes of light through the paint [ great job Winnebago, could you get it any thinner?]. Anyway as I buttoned up the compartment walls I could feel the difference in the coach and compartment-just have to mount and hook up components tomorrow and test. It's a must do to keep from having problems with your electronics if you have the overhead av cabinet- every component box they stuck on walls with heavy duty velcro had fallen off wall, all electrical tape wrapped stuff was an unwrapped gooey mess and components were failing on a like new [2016 Sunova w/3000 miles]. Can't stress it enough-too much heat! BMcD
