Tie-In for '15 WinMinnie Inverter

Hello everyone !

I have a 2015 Micro Minnie 1706FB. I have 2 - 12v 125 Amp AGM batteries up front and solar panels for charging. (lets just say two panels x 100 Watt ea.; I'll check). I just bought a hardwired 1000/2000 Watt, pure sine wave Jupiter inverter. I like the inverter remote switch since I don't want the inverter running (draining) when I am sleeping.
I know you may have more questions, but essentially I want to hook up the inverter to a central power distribution block. (wherever that is) The inverter requires cables rated 2A @ 6 ft from the inverter <<--->> batteries.
Is it reasonable to do this dist block setup ? Having all the appliances (very few and small) and the one or two outlets running off the inverter would be ideal.

Care to share your thoughts on this "dream" with me? I would like to hear what you all have to say.

Respectfully,
Scott
