Don't know about a 06, but our 02 has them under the foot of the bed. Also check if a gfi is tripped.

Here's the TV/DVD, Front Wiring Installation diagram and the Body, 110 Volt Wiring Diagram for your coach. You also might find the 110 Volt Load Center/Auto Transfer Switch diagram useful.
