I like Will's reviews and respect his knowledge, but they don't tell you anything about a battery beyond the basic functionality and construction quality. To build a battery well at that price, the cells have to be really inexpensive, which means they definitely are not Grade A cells. The quality of Grade B or C cells can be all over the map, and durability of the battery is suspect. You may get a good battery or it may die quickly and there's no way to tell from a teardown and limited testing of a single unit. You're also dealing with a company with little presence in the US, so any warranty is likely meaningless. You need to weigh the risks vs. spending more for batteries from an established brand.
