1995 Winnebago Vectra

We have plans to go look at a used 1995 35 foot Winnebago Vectra at a dealer tomorrow. Are there any issues with this particular model year that I should be aware of? I downloaded the brochure from the top of this thread so that will be a big help in knowing more about it.

I plan on checking the date codes on the tires to make sure they are not too old to be on the road. If we like it a lot I also plan on having an independant mechanic take a look at it for us.

Thanks for any help.

The closest I could find for the owners manual is the 1997 here:

Good luck!

Hey! Thanks for that link. I didn't notice the other link to the old brochures. Bookmarked it!

I had one and loved it. Check for rust - the reason I had to trade up. Good luck!

Altho That coach is dated. In it's time it was Top of the line. (Vectra) The only thing we didn't like was that shiney Air return in the coach; It was a great coach, You will be happy.. Someone may take a position on the basement air. All I can say to that , there are over a million of them out there..

On my 2004 I love the basement AC. It gives me much more space on the roof for solar, satellite etc. Some have installed a rooftop AC unit in one of the ceiling vents, same size hole, for extra cooling. so far it hasn't been hot enough to need that for us but if you want to go south in the summer it may be a benefit to add the extra roof AC. Also I agree completely on the quality of the Vectra line. Problems have been pretty minor so far for us.
