1997 Adventurer Chevy P30 Throttle Cable Help

Hello everyone. I have a 1997 Adventurer on a Chevy P30 chassis. It has the 7.4 454 motor in it. I just acquired it as a project but it is missing the throttle cable. Can anyone point me in the right direction. The cable that AutoZone and the other stores calls for is to short and will not work. Has anyone else had this problem?
