2005 Suncruiser Do defrost fans turn to cool driver?

I have a 2005 Suncruiser and the fans don't seem to turn toward driver and I don't want to break one trying. I think I saw a picture of a similar rig with fan pointed at driver.

No. Let us know if you take one down and take it apart and figure out a way to modify it so that it can be turned yet still stay put in the position you want it to be in.

Ours don't. On our fan base the screws are equidistant from each other. You might try taking out the screws from the fan base and rotating the base one screw hole which might put it blowing in the direction you want. Then replace the screws. However, rotating the fan toward the driver permanently will probably keep it from defrosting the window as it was intended to do.

Turn fans around

My 2005 Vectra has fans that turn 180 degrees toward driver/passenger.

When dash air quit in desert I had to use them to move air over us. Not a lot of air at low setting but better than nothing.

My fans on our 2003 Journey turn 180 degrees also. They are ACAR(?) fans and no way can they be turned while driving, it takes both hands as they are quite tight.
