The entry door switches that control the compartment locks only operate to UNLOCK the compartments. Will not lock them. Disassembled and checked switches and wiring and everything was hooked up and switch rested fine. Any ideas? ( Thanks everyone for assistance!)

Have you used a meter to check the voltage at the compartment doors. Check, both when locking and when unlocking.
It may be that the + & - leads reverse when locking and unlocking, so be sure to watch for polarity indicator on the meter when checking.
