2007 Class A Voyage Slideout Dropped on One Side

Our 2007 Class A Voyage started giving us a loud pop when we let it out and we had no clue why. Now we do! The living room slide has dropped down to the rail on the right side and is pushing the rail off! Is this an adjustment issue that we can do on our own? Or does it warrant having to bring it in for a repair?Right side slide dropped down.pdf
