2008 Tour 40WD Roof Items

Hello. The search function isn't working, so: I just took delivery of the unit. Can anyone tell me what's missing on the roof? Two holes with what appears to black mounting "plugs", the sealant rises above (like a volcano) as if something used to be located there. Located approximately above the divider wall between bathroom and bedroom (driver's side).
