2010 Journey Dash Cowling Removal?

Helping a friend with some dash gage issues. Basically need to tighten the anchor brackets.

Removing the dash cowling on our 2007 Journey is intuitively obvious to the most casual observer (easy).

Removing the dash cowling on their 2010 Journey has us all stumped.

Any direct experience out there? Thanks in advance.
