2010 Via 25T Removing Door Latch

We need to replace and exterior door latch on our 2010 Winnebago VIA 25 T….. bought a replacement exactly like current one. But cannot get the current latch out. Everything has been unscrewed and reveal the lock to be replaced but can’t get it out. Any suggestions? PLEASE

We will need to know which type door?
Compartment, driver's, or passenger side coach entry door? They all have different latches!

UGH! Afraid that was where you might be and that doesn't look like a happy place!
Sometimes what I see on drawings is not right, so hope for the best that I am wrong!
I "think" it shows much of the whole door has to be taken apart??
But looking at the drawings and seeing it in person may help!

For the parts catalog and drawings of what should be there:

Drill down to the correct RV and then "doors and compartments to get here:
https://www.winnebago.com/Files/File...h25t_doors.pdf

At this point you get all the different type doors, so move down several sheets through the compartment doors and get to the entry door section! It is labeled sheet 1 of 5 in the lower left but that is after you pass all the WRONG doors!
But when I get down to the entry door, it looks like it is a job to get the parts out, so I encourage you to look it over and compare to what you see.

I'm okay with being wrong if you find it not that bad!
Click this snip to get a better view or go direct for the more complete info!
I see it may have to have the parts I marked blue removed to get to the good stuff I marked in red?

See if that makes any sense of the plan? It looks like a bad idea for how to built it?
