A/C Fan on Dash not Working Help!

I have a 2012 Winnebago Via with a Mercedes Sprinter engine. I feel cold air coming out of the vent but the fan switch lights up on low, medium and high but no air blows.

I checked all the fuses and all are good. I may have caused the problem by grounding the negative cable when jumping battery. Wipers didn’t work, but neighbor fixed it, wire problem.

I took it to a shop and they said they didn’t have the tools to check it, B.S. I believe it’s the blower motor regulator but I’m not sure. Any advice on where to start?
