Air conditioner low pressure line leak

First post! Drove brand new Sightseer 37Z from Florida to Denver. Low pressure hose (rubber part) was vibrating against sharp point of chassis and wore a hole through it. Lost all refrigerant, so no AC. Under warranty from Ford, but now waiting for Ford to OK warranty work by shop in Denver. They said I should hear in 24 to 48 hours. So we are sitting and waiting. Had to use generator and cabin air to make it to Denver for daughter's wedding!
