Bathroom Vent

I have a 2014 Adventurer and it has a fan in the bathroom but it is not a fantastic fan just a fan with a cap on the roof.
My question is how do you clean the grid that is near the roof? In fact how do you clean the entire unit?

Ceiling Vent

Hi, I solved the problem by removing it from the ceiling, disconnected the wires and thoroughly cleaning it then reattaching the wires and reinstalling in the ceiling and now it does what it was designed to do.
