Welcome to Winnie Owners. We are glad you joined us. Someone should be along soon to help answer your questions.

Completing a signature with the year make and model for your Winnie can help others to help you. And you can do that here;

You should post the year and model of your Journey.

I have the same problem with my 2016 Adventurer. I have to open an access door at the foot of the bed, and press a reset button to cancel the fast flashing red light and get it to go green. Then, the bed operates OK for me to get it fully up before bringing in the slide. The bed will go "Red" fault again and I have to press the reset button again to do anything with the bed. I have a service appointment with Lazy Days to get this problem and a couple other gripes fixed.

We need to know more about the problem. Make and model help too.

Is the bed unable to fold up without holding the mattress because the motor is too weak?

We need a little more info?

we just purchased a 22m. Any advice or insights on the easiest way to operate the slide bed with the bedclothes on would be great. Thanks.

There is a Limit switch under the head of the bed that is a bear to get to unless you remove the support platform at the head of the bed under the mattress. This switch senses when the bed is fully closed allowing the slide to close and may need adjusting. You may need to reset the travel of the electronic bed slide motor.

thanks for the reply. Any suggestions on how you operate the bed with the bedclothes on it?? Also thinking about a memory foam top, but not sure how that collapses on a slide bed when you are moving it in. Thanks again.
