Hi everyone
My Blackwater tank grinder stopped working
I emptied the tank and it worked fine then I was rinsing out the tank I pushed the button and did not work so the water will not drain

That sounds like a blown fuse. It is helpful if you include the make, model and year of your RV to help us along. Otherwise we are totally in the dark and must guess.
It's simple to do that by completing your Signature block under the CP settings.

Usually when this happens it can be a blown fuse… but that can be caused by something being put in the toilet other than permitted items. Wipes or other products will clog the motor and stop it from spinning. This leads to a burned out fuse.

Unfortunately, the solution can be an unpleasant job of finding what the item is by removing the macerator and looking for the obstruction.

Try the fuse first, but if the motor still doesn’t run and/or the fuse blows again then you have a job ahead of you.

Keep in mind Winnebago makes thousands of RVs and unless you tell us the Year, Model and Floorplan we can’t do all that much much to help you.

If all electrical is good, you would not be the first to find out that the Grinding impeller was jammed due to foreign material causing the issue (Like plastic cut out when the tank & plumbing was installed at the factory). You can download a diagram of the macerator exploded view to give you an idea how it works.

I'm guessing that the Macerator pump is a Shurflo / Pentair model. Rebuild kits are readly available.

The pump is probably frozen (similar to a garbage disposal). The is a cover on the outside end of the pump. Remove it. Underneath, you can use a slotted screw driver to free the pump. Happened to me last year.

Quite possible!
But the main problem is that we don't know which Rv and that leaves doubt as to which Macerator pump as some have the pump built in on the tank, rather than the small portables we often think of ????
