Yes, I always close the tanks. I ususally only open 1 tank at a time. Right now both tanks are open. I am still using the original tanks and propane from purchase in March of 19.

I put the regulator back on the bottles it came off of. I am guessing its the regulator. Anyway to test to see if its the culprit? If it is, any recommendations on a new one?
Thanks in advance,

Yes. It shows red and green, just like stock. If I remember correctly, it doesn’t fit the stock bracket. I may have modified it or made a new one.

Yes, you will have to modify the bracket and buy different screws

Great news, when will this end?
I told my wife, “ I’m almost done”, and then you guys make me look bad.
She says to everyone, “ He says that all of the time”.
That, is my break...” Honey, just one more thing...”...
She knows....

Well, and here it is. Thank you to all of the contributors on this forum, for talking me out of AGM’s. So instead of gaining 60 more pounds of weight, I lost 60—a 120# swing.
Here’s the before and after...

Question. Are all of our windows supposed to have weep hole covers, or just the front driver and passenger windows? Thanks!

LCI Leveling Jacks
Ok yesterday I got a dreaded "retract timeout, return for service " error on my leveling Jack's control panel.
When u get anything strange like this ,follow my dear wife's advice, which is to open manual and read how to reset the Jack's. It's a simple matter of pressing the Enter and Retract buttons together.
I took the not so wise approach and attempted to reset all of the connectors 1st, whereby I didn't properly reseat one so I ended up with all 4 Jack's down and it wouldn't retract any of them. Hour later I seen my mistake and all retracted properly.

Windshield replacement
In a previous post I shared with you folks about a one inch diameter rock that my Intent literally caught in its wiper blade but not before it put 3 cracks vertically across the windshield.
Pictured here is my new almost bug free windshield.
Yesterday I had an appointment with a glass replacement company to have it replaced. Actually this company is owned by a friend of mine which probably made this quite painless.
Progressive insurance was quite easy to work with. I just needed to send them 3 pictures and they asked me if I had any preference company, which I did. So that have a third party that orders up the new window and ships it to my preference company to do the installation. Took about 10 day.
These windshields was told by my friend is only held in by really good glue
Takes 3 hours to set up before it can be driven. 2-3 days before completely cured.
Windows weight is 250 lbs.
Took 4 guys to do the install.
There you have it. Not bad situation if this happens to you. These motorhomes are called Rock Magnets because of the glass area they have.
One other point I should add, is that not all windshield companies do RV windshields. You may have to drive a few miles to find a suitable company.

Different door spring
Rebuilt the door spring to accommodate an all steel shorter spring.
Not happy with the new spring because it is rated at 10 lbs and the old I believe was 5 lbs. So door opens with a bit more force.
I did strengthen the door sill mounting position by moving it inward a bit so I could run 3 small long bolts through the floor and put nuts on them from beneath the coach. Now the mount will stay tight.
I'm still looking for a 5lb all steel, but so far all 5 come with plastic ends. And we know how long they last. But I will continue to search.

Emergency Exit window screen
Finally finished! Let the wind blow!!
Very easy project. $90 for the custom screen and about $15 for the latch on Amazon. Of course, I had to modify the bracket for the latch. Nothing ever just bolts on. I went with snaps instead of velcro because I was concerned about the velcro adhesive letting go of the wall with how hot it gets inside when not in use. There are slots in the vinyl for the latches.
Tools needed were a drill and a Dremel with small cut off wheel to cut the opening in the window frame for the latch. I'll get better pics when it's not so bright outside.

Nice mod. You always threatened to do that. So, the screen is in the inside, or outside?
