Hot Water Heater Noise 2008 Journey 37H

2008 Journey 37H
When running hot water we are getting a humming/squealing sound. It will also make the same noise when running cold water but not nearly as bad as the hot water. If we isolate the hot water tank and run cold water there is no noise. I've changed the external pressure relief valve on the tank. At a loss for what is causing the noise.
