Hydraulic jack not touching ground

I have a new intent 31p, and the hydraulic jacks seems to have an issue. The left rear jack goes down to touch the ground, but as the other jacks come down to level the coach, the left rear is always about an inch off the ground when the auto leveling finishes. Any idea what could be wrong? Any help is greatly appreciated!

There will be a procedure in the operator's guide you can refer too. It may have a procedure for you to adjust it, or sometimes they only tell you to take it to a dealer for adjustment. Start with the guide first.

If you level manual does the jack touch the ground? If so, I would have to think that your auto level needs to be readjusted. As Jim said go to the manuel and look at the and look at the section for adjusted the auto level.

Is it a Lippert? I believe their manual says that may happen if level is achieved before all jacks touch.

Thank you all for your help. It is a Lippert 4 point 3 valve system. I’ll try adjusting the auto level this weekend.

For your Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric 5th Wheel RV Leveling System # LC675817 or # LC358590 you need to reset the leveling memory. The “Zero Point” is the programmed point that the trailer will return to each time the Auto Level feature is used and this is what needs to be reset after a dead battery. Here is how to set that "Zero Point" for leveling:

1. In manual mode, run the jacks to level the trailer. This is best achieved by placing a level in the center of the trailer and leveling it both front to back and then side to side. (See “Basic Jack Operation” for instructions on how to manually operate the system).
2. Once the trailer is level, turn off the touch pad.
3. With the touch pad off, press and release the “FRONT” button five (5) times and then press and release the “REAR” button five (5) times.
4. The touch pad will flash and beep and the display will read “ZERO POINT CALIBRATION ENTER to set, Power to Exit”.
5. To set the current position as the zero point, press the “ENTER” button.
6. LCD display will read “Zero point stability check”.
7. LCD display will read “Zero point set successfully” once process is complete.
8. The system will set this point as its level state and the touch pad will turn off.
