Mine are p/n R3847 and I verified that based on dimensions of the old spring, and the Lbs rating of the jacks. That is the p/n for each of the four. Some owners report having two different p/n's - front/back, so you need know know before ordering. But if you contact AZPete, an HWH employee that is a member here, I'm sure he can tell you the p/n of your springs. You might check your HWH service guide if you have one...or see if you can get it online. It's possible they put the p/n's for yours in there. Once you have the p/n(s) you just google them. Amazon might even have yours.
I found mine on eBay but the link at my Jack spring replacement article is broken now so I'd suggest googling that R3847 p/n AFTER you verify that's the right one for your RV.

SaltLife - the HWH factory is in Moscow Iowa just off I-80. Give them a call to see what can be done. Had a previous RV there that had jack issues that eluded 2 other service places. Was fixed properly there. Highly recommend them. They also have a Service Center in Elkhart, In. Good luck,

Alright, I've had enough, time to replace the springs. I went to HWH and looked up RAM #AP9517 it crossed with spring #R34692. I'm assuming that will be stock unless they upgraded the springs?

I read here about tapered. I get now, u mean the spring tapers. Even tho the link pick shows it's not, answers to ?s hwh sez it is tapered. But it doesnt say it's for my RAM even tho the HWH chart sez it is..... ugh....

eBay carries them too, sets of two or four. And they are tapered.
Springs
Dunno why the supplier for Amazon is showing the old picture but I wouldn't buy from them until I knew for sure whether or not they were tapered. Sometimes a supplier will sell old stock under the new P/N.

They're tapered. A guy asked in the ? section. Looks like they're coming straight from HWH. But HWHs chart sez they will fit, but the amazon fitment sez no...

The AP9517 is for the fronts, but still they should fit the front. I'll cross reference the rear number
AP18310

Started messaging these places, it's the right spring. Time to order! I believe I can take the old ones off my hand. Yup, that shot...

Kind of hard to trust an ad that says a new spring on your jack will "make your engine run smoothly and with more power"?????/
That must be one special spring to do that. Wondering if you will get better gas mileage too?
I never really trust folks who write descriptions but have no idea what the part does!

Didn't see that, lol, but I didn't read the description, it's a spring... I know how they work.. lol.
I just saw it was in my screen shot. They have that paragraph attached anytime they mention OEM I bet...

Well I measured them and counted the springs like HWH said, 1 3/4 dial and 61 coils. Looks like R3847? Click on attachment, it will clear up....
I was able to pull the springs off by hand. Seems weak to me...
