Locating the ac return 2019 Horizon 40A

Hello, we just purchased our 2019 Winnebago Horizon 40A coach and have several things we cannot figure out:

1. We cannot locate the ac return to change the filter. Everything we have seen advised it was under the bed, we have raised the bed and look several times, we have not been unable to locate.

2. Water flows to under the crisper tray in the refrigerator when you push for water to go into your glass.

3. The front and middle ac is not working well and back is doing pretty good.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sonny... you need to realize that there is a much older Horizon model made by Winnebago sub-brand Itasca. Your Horizon bares absolutely no relation to this older model. When looking for info on Horizons you need to be sure you are seeing info for the 2018-2019 Horizon motorhome made by Winnebago in Junction City, Oregon.

Older Horizons had basement A/C units. You have roof top A/C units. So, yeah, the air return for the new Horizon is not under the bed.

Here's a link to the online PDF of your Operator's Manual:

https://winnebago.com/Admin/Public/D.../18Horizon.pdf

Section 4-12 details the A/C Return Air Ducts and associated filters:

About your other issues.

The A/C issues could either be a malfunctioning A/C or a mater of learning how to operate the complex screen-based "thermostat" for running all three A/C at once.

Again, section 12-3 of your Operator's Manual cover this. I'll include some screen shots below.

Did you purchase your Horizon from a nearby dealer? If so you should contact them about the fridge issue and the A/C issues.

Also, your fridge is not made by Winnebago, so you might try contacting the support line for the manufacturer of the fridge to get an answer about the water issue. It sounds like a simple plumbing issue within the on the door dispenser.
