Mirror mounting screw caps needed

I have a 2012 Adventurer 32 and while driving onto a ferry hit the passenger side mirror on an abutment on the ferry. This broke off two screws and bent the other 2 screws holding the mirror on. I was able to kluge a fix to get me home so the mirror didn't actually fall off. Once home I drilled 4 new holes close to the original holes and successfully re-installed the mirror. However, I need the little plastic caps that plug the holes for the screws that hold the mirror onto the RV. I cannot seem to find these little guys anywhere. Does anyone here have a lead as to where I could purchase these? I can find caps locally but none of them fit. It seems the ones that I need are special? Any help would be really appreciated.

Assuming this is something only removed when wanting to remove the mirrors?
In that case and considering the problem of finding, I might go with simply filling the hope with caulking and then some paint to match it to the body!

Yes, I fully agree that this is not the perfect solution but I look at the options. Are the plugs going to come in the correct colors to match the fading you are almost certain to have on the existing paint? I would be a bit skeptical of them matching, making me more willing to accept that my paint might also not match exactly!
Perhaps just fill all four holes with black caulk?

As for the problems if /when I might need to change out the mirror? I'm assuming that risk and feel it will not be the biggest problem if that comes about as caulk is easy compared to bent metal.

When I had to replace the caps I went directly to Velco. I was able to get the caps sent to me.

Welcome to the wounderful world of RVing. I know it hurts as I had to do the same thing 2 years ago. I truely hope (doubtful) you find an aftermarket plug.
