Mirror part needed. 2004 Vectra

Hi;

I just noticed I lost a driver side mirror part but can 9nly find whole units to buy. Anyone know what the missing cap is called or where I can get one? It doesn't look like anything broke off, no rough edges. Just popped off? It's a mystery. Here's some pics... sorry they are all sideways

Got a picture of the starboard side mirror so we know what the missing parts looks like? My first contact wold be Lichtsinn Motors as that is likely a Winnebago supplied part; or at least can tell you the part #.

If you get desperate, start calling: RV salvage and surplus yards by state.

Thanks. That's my new plan.

Pretty sure that Winnebago buys the complete mirror assembly from Velvac and just installs it on the RV. I doubt very much they would have component parts for the mirror. Not sure how they work the paint color, if Velvac does it or Winnebago.

The mirrors are from Velvac, and in my parts list its Winnebago part 142721-02-01A, which appears to be the Velvac 715267 mirror. I suggest you verify this, but if so you might be able to get the plastic cover you are missing from Velvac parts, though again not sure on the color.

I've attached a photo of my mirror. Looks like you are missing the plastic bottom/back part.
