In my 09 Journey, the AC breaker panel is on the rear bedroom wall on the driver's side well hidden behind a set of doors. Yours is likely equally as well disguised!!

In my '09 Tour both the 120 volt and 12 volt circuit breakers are located behind the mirror in the bedroom. To open, just pull the mirror on the right side as it is hinged on the left. There are some 12 volt breakers also in the left/front outside storage compartment.

My Ellipse has a breaker panel in the bedroom closet for the 120v and behind a panel under the bed for the 12v.

Based on where your load center is you must have a 40WD model. (It would be helpful to fully specify to model of your coach in queries--that way folks can give the most informed answers.) Just fyi, here are all of the wiring diagrams for your coach 2009 Tour/Ellipse R40WD Wiring Diagrams. You can see the 120V and 12V load centers in the Body, 110 Volt Wiring Installation and Body, 12 Volt Wiring Installation diagrams.
