If one floor plan over the other really seems better, choose that one. If either floor plan is fine, other things to consider:
.the cabinet face plates on most Journey's are vinyl-covered wood vs. solid wood in the Tour (maybe that is not true with these newer models but something you might want to check).
.the Tour is Winnebago's top of the line coach now and it will usually have features not on the Journey. The bigger engine is one (the torque difference is more important than HP so check the torgue differences on those engines). Torgue in a diesel is what gets you up that mountain.
.basement AC/heat pump vs. roof AC's. While I like my basement AC/heat pump, it will not be as easy to access and service as roof units. The basement unit takes up storage space. The roof AC's add weight to the roof but, if one of the AC fails, you still have two others to keep you cool. If my basement AC fails, I will be cookin'.
In the end, either are nice rigs. Good luck and let us know which you choose.
