I learned something today while washing my vehicles. I must like silver...

Everyone who has dealt with the impossible issue of fishing a wire through the insulated walls, might appreciate this work around.
It's nice to know we can just call and get matching trims and tape so easily.
Your bathroom mirror project looks very professional.
I'm too embarrassed to show u mine with the LEDs. Tape surrounding my mirror. But it was inexpensive and wife likes it. It maybe just temporary.

Yep. I think I’ll get two more for the left side storage area over the dinette (for some reason Amazon would only let me order two at a time).

It’s hard for my wife to reach back there and see what’s what without a step stool. Which means you know who has to get in there everyday...

Gosh I had to hide this message from the wife.

She had both knees done 2 years ago, and I just feel this is good therapy for her.

Backsplash stick on tiles

Got a few more projects off of my list this past week.
This, was a simple one. Adorning the outdoor kitchen with a backsplash to match the exterior graphics...lightweight, and inexpensive.

It’s just hook and loop tape like (Velcro), but stronger. All of my remotes are stuck up like that, or I’d never find them with everything shifting around. Never had one fall off. I used it for my steps to attach the the carpet too.

Thanks for the links on the goodies. Amazing how well that back splash stuff looks. On my 2014 I actually hired a guy to install real ceramic back splash. Was expensive and of course had to beef up the two walls so it wouldn't come crashing done on the 1st bridge or RR crossing. After I did that, my daughter in law just simply used the adhesive stuff above on their motorhome, and I thought Wow! Wish I would have went that route. Looked just as good as mine.

Here are the pre-made ones I bought for the heater, and the wire mesh I fashioned for the water heater vent. I just put that one on the inside, as you can see in the video.

They make a pre-made water heater screen too, but it’s kinds big and ugly. Search Amazon and you’ll see what I mean...

Very excited about the Doghouse insulation I did today. In less than an hour, and less than $90 bucks I dropped ~15 dbl at highway RPM's. That's huge...

Here a video I did on it...

Much quieter. Add it to my list. Did you go with the stuff you posted in the other thread?

Sort of, what I ended up using is at the end of the video. I was initially inclined to try a welding blanket, to help deaden the sound, but then I found this ceramic material.

The foil tape, I stuck with.

Interestingly enough, I didn’t even have to “glue” the ceramic blanket down. The foil blanket held it it place, as it has a sticky backside, though it wasn’t going anywhere anyway.

I think an important side note is, don’t try to compress this stuff too much. The more it is able to maintain its integrity, and barrier for sound proofing, the better. The more you compress it, the less valuable it’s characteristics, will keep their integrity.

Think about an acoustic sound room, more surface area to absorb sound, is better. Flat panels, do little.

Was the Pioneer plug and play? I have a Kenwood that I'm thinking about putting in my Vista that currently has the older non-Bluetooth Pioneer BUT I'm not sure I want to go through the hassle of wiring...

Yes, the Pioneer had the exact same wiring harness, so everything just plugged in and worked as it should. Honestly, unless you want to rework all of the speakers cables, back up camera, etc, just stick with the Pioneer. It’s a good unit.
