Overhead Loft Bed Problem

Greetings,
I currently own a 2019 Sunstar 29V. Up until now the cab-over loft bed has work just fine. I decided to check it yesterday and found that it would only descend 14-16 inches before logging up on the right side (as you face it). Cranking it down manually did not free it up. I then had a heck of a time getting it back up, once I was able to get it freed up. Any suggestions or work-arounds from this esteemed group? DW and I were hoping to put a grand child up there next week.

For what it's worth, I'd look under the mattress when it was jammed to see if the straps are tangled or caught on anything. Note: let go of the down button the moment it stops moving to prevent the straps from unwinding off the spools. If they look OK, I'd check for jams on the track, or see if the rollers are jammed or adjusted too tight.

Thanks for the quick response. I am leaning towards the side roller in the vertical track; that roller gets "hung up" when it reaches a screw. All of the screws stick out just a wee bit. I will try adjusting the side roller tomorrow, then let you know the results.
Thanks again, from Cumberland County!

Your suggest was correct: the problem was fixed with a simple adjustment of one of the two side rollers. Took me all of 1 minute this morning. Thanks a lot!
