Picture removal from sightseer 29r

We want to change the picture on the back wall of our sightseer 29r. It must be screwed to the wall but I cant figure out how to get it off. Any ideas?

Is it possible they are attached with tape? In our first motorhome (another brand), there were two pictures on the wooden Murphy Bed platform. They were attached with a strong double-faced tape. We used strong fishing line which we put behind the picture and pulled it from side to side while pulling down on it. (Sorry if I'm not explaining that clearly.) It worked for us ... the fishing line cut through the tape and we were able to remove the pictures without harming the wood platform.

Mine (2017 Adventurer) are hung with two Velcro strips on bottom corners and one center nesting metal hanger. By nesting I mean one metal strip is attached to the picture frame and another is attached to the wall - the two strips nest together. You release the bottom Velcro and the lift the picture up to unrest the strip on the frame from the one on the wall.

Note: I have no idea if yours is attached the same way. Just trying to help.

Thanks, Creativepart. My wife really wants to “personalize” our RV with photos we’ve taken ourselves, instead of the ones Winnebago chose. Of course, we’ll keep the old pictures in case we upgrade our motorhome in the future.

Hey Al, we’ve done that. Two in the living area we replaced with framed National Park posters. In the bedroom we added a great photo my wife took of the RT 66 Teepee Motel in Flagstaff AZ.

Thanks you the replies. I was able to remove the picture Winnebago put up. I was surprised to find a puncture hole about the size of a baseball behind the picture. I went outside and looked at the back and saw what appeared to be a repair in the same spot as is inside. Some previous owner must have backed into something and repaired the outside but chose to leave the hole inside. There has been no leaks so far, so maybe I'll just hang a picture back again.

Well, I guess it’s better off knowing than not knowing...

Also, love the pics, CreativePart.

Velcro on the ...

Two pcs of Velcro on the bottom and two clips on the top that are removed by pushing upward.

That’s how mine came off on our 29r

Our Aspect has a wood-framed mirror behind the one side of the dinette. We didn't care to have a mirror there, so we had some of our own photos matted at a framing shop and then attached the matted piece to the mirror with double-sided tape We can remove the piece if we sell or trade the motorhome, but in the meantime, we enjoy looking at photos we've taken of places visited.

07 Sightseer 29R. I used the original frame to personalize the picture. When I removed it by carefully pulling out on the bottom and pushing up the wall around the picture had faded. I was an easy choice to use the old frame with a new scene. Good luck.

A friend recently had a repair after backing his 5W into fence. Beautiful repair of exterior. Friend noticed, however, behind the recliners a hole in the wall of which he'd been unaware. Seems like the repair center would have noticed and repaired. So it may have not been the POs choice.
