We typically do ours late in the winter while the snowbirds are roosting. We live about 3 hours from there.

If you get a chance take the factory tour. It is fun to see how things are built.

Finished our annual service (10th year) just earlier - get out and meet the other owners, a pretty good bunch of folks. And take care of the black kitten that wraps itself around your legs (unless somebody adopted her / him)...
IMHO - there's no better place for service...

Got it done today . Got in at 6:30 ,service tech came to coach at 7:15 and we went to breakfast . Took tour of factory at 9:30 and then a visit to the county museum in town . Lunch at Bronco , Mexican resturant ,then back to service for internet . Coach done at 2:30. Very good service and everything went smoothly . Suggest anyone with a Freightliner Chassie to come here for your major mileage service .

I'm glad to hear everything went smoothly. They are top-of-the-line there. If my plans work out they should be the only people working on my coach. FWIW I did have a Cummins DPR recall and they recommended the Cummins dealer in Spartanburg. They were also top-notch and took care of it. I highly recommend both operations.
