Side Cameras Not Working 2019 Forza 38F

Both the left & right side view cameras are not working. The monitor switches with the turn signal but the screen is grayed out, guidance lines display and can be turned off. The backup camera displays properly. Have power to mirrors for adjustments & heat but apparently no power to the cameras? Looked for separate fuse for cameras with no success. Called Winnebago Customer Service, they have no record of separate power for side cameras. Checked settings on radio/receiver only setting is for rear camera "Off, Normal & Reverse" but the monitor changes to the side view.

Velvac Mirrors with integrated cameras, Sony Radio receiver with 1 coax input behind radio.

I'm stumped, anyone have this problem?

Just picked up MH from Freightliner for LOF, and Trans cooler replacement. ECM update & filter changes.

UPDATE

Velvac Mirrors with integrated cameras, Sony Radio receiver with 1 coax input behind radio.

UPDATE

Found Radio manual online. Radio has 1 input for backup camera which leads me to believe there must be a control box add on. The control box must control switching the camera to the single input of the radio. That operation is functioning so, the control box must have power. Now the question is: does the control box also power the cameras thru the coax? I've sent a query to Velvac.

Looked at the Winnebago drawings online, they all show the JVC radio with 3 camera leads.

Is anyone familiar with the "control box". Figure it must be behind the dash somewhere.

Looking at the parts catalog here:
https://catalog3d.winnebagoind.com/menu/Parts.htm

I'm seeing three different build dates on that RV, so I may be missing which but a quick look doesn't seem to show a switcher that I spot. Since you have a pretty new RV, does anything look like it might have been changed out?
did you get a manual in the big folder for the RV?

I'm not currently seeing much info to be helpful! More questions than answers here!!

UPDATE part 2

Thanks for the reply,

I couldn't find anything on Winnebago's Spec Sheets either. My build sheet lists the Jensen Radio, maybe the prior owner changed it.

Researched: RVCams.com, Velvac, Sony and Winnebago Customer Service. The side cameras are definetly powered by a switcher.

Ron from Winnebago provided assistance in removing the Bezel and I found a Voyager CSW3 Switcher. After checking each camera with the one working input, put it all back together and was surprised that everything works.

Well that does sound like a winner even though you had to work to get there!
One of the big things on Rv seems to be that corrosion is a much more common problem than on our other cars/trucks. Maybe becasue there is so much more to corrode or maybe because we park them and let things collect the stuff that does us in?

One of the early "learning experiences" I had was taking an RV to a shop and letting them try to fix the cruise control. They changed out the switch on the steering wheel, then something else and finally got down to the part that "never goes bad". Seems they were not testing for what was wrong, just changing parts until it worked.

Fortunately the service manager was my brother! He wasn't much happier than I was but we were able to "agree" to take it out of the mechanics end of things!

Might be off base but..

I didnt read all the replies so this might be way off base but.

We hit a deer last year (it survived) and took out the left front turn signal. The left turn camera didnt work until I replaced the turn signal bulb. No idea why they would be connected so just an FYI.

Is your turn signal bulb blown?
