Sunstar

Anyone own a 2016 Sunstar 31BE? Hubs looked at one and is considering it. Any known issues? Also, we would need a toad. Thanks!

How many people are you planning on taking with you? Make sure you check out available interior storage space and where you are going to put stuff. I like the 31BE and of course Winnebago makes a great product.

2 adults, two kids ages 6 and 9. How is customer service/support after the sale compared to other manufacturers?

I've never had to deal directly with Winnebago on a problem, as most work has been done by the dealer and there it's hit or miss. (True regardless of brand). I have asked Winnebago several questions and they have responded quickly. Most of the stuff in a motorhome is common across many brands and can be fixed by most rv dealers. Winnebago is a good company.

You will have fun in an RV with a 6/9 year old. Wish I had done it when mine were that age. But as the mom, you should look at where the kids will put their stuff.

I doubt we will be gone more than a week at a time due to hubby's work schedule. He is contemplating retiring in the next couple of years and if he does, then we can take longer trips, obviously around the kids' school schedules.

I have one. Just me and the wife. 2 and 5 year old Granddaughters will accompany us on some trips. They absolutely love the overhead bunk!
TONS of external storage, not so much on the inside though...
Still loving the floorplan!

I have one and it's been great. Love the floor plan with two small kids, almost bought an Thor ACE 30.2 because of the same floorplan then Winnebago copied it and we liked it even better.

Storage is great, new 6-speed works well, love the fold out desk on passenger side. No issues with slide, seems like a better design than the schwinteks. I tow my Jeep Wrangler no problem, get a rear track bar helps handling significantly.
