My rear Kitchen door does not lock. I am not familiar of how this lock works or which part is most likely to be the issue. Is it the rubber piece? It it the lock itself? It does lock but still can pull open. Aslo you need a special tool for the screws to get to the lock itself. Can a regular locksmith help? Any guidance or link to more information would be greatly appreciated.
