If we are speaking the same on where and what the cupboard?
I have found two switches that seem to control two lights along the floor? See if this meets what you have!

These have two switches and that makes it a bit more complex to sort if they have failed.
But they give us some good info with wire ID stamped on the small wires!

These I d should match up with the ID on the drawings to tell us which wire does each job. This chart can be used to "decode" the id we find on drawings or wires!

Wire JE at the front switch ( Detail DE) should be the battery coming in from the fuse. If you need to dig deeper, I should save that for after we find if this is the right set of lights!
No point in digging that hole if not in the correct spot!!

I am not sure how close your 07 39k is to my 07 37se. I have an Asile switch above the bathroom counter just before bedroom. That switch controls "one" floor light which is by bedroom entry attached to bath cabinets.

I am a little confused when you use "under cupboard floor lights" in one phrase.
Like said the one asile switch operates one floor light. The only under cupboard lights I have is in the slide those switches are located under counter. Not only are there switches but the lights have there own switch.

Good Luck

there is probably two of these switched, on the sink cabinet facing the front of the coach and the other is next to the bathroom lav, they are three way switches and work together.

On our 04 Journey39K, there are two locations, one on the cabinet next to to "J" sofa and one on the bedroom light switch panel.
