Vector 40TD

We were at the dealer's a couple of weeks ago, and the gray water tank says 117 gallons. The dealer said he thought it was 2 seperate tanks for grey water. Maybe one for sink and washing machine. He was going to check and tell us, and never did.

I noticed when I was looking at the dump valve something may have indicated that also.

I was wonder if anyone knows if there are two separate tanks, or tank?

We are not wanting to get the washer dryer combinations, as we boondock alot.

Don't know for a fact, but I very seriously doubt if the Vectra has two gray tanks. Our Horizon (twin of a Vectra) has one fw tank, one black tank and one gray tank. If knowing for sure is important, you can call Winnie on Monday and ask them.

I assume you are talking about a 2007 or 2008 Vectra?

It would have been the 2008 on the Maxium chassy.

From the 40TD plumbing diagrams I see 2 gray tanks. One is 67 gal. and the washer and shower go to this tank.

The bathroom sink and toilet go to the 52 gal. black tank.

The kitchen sink goes to the 2nd gray tank. I can't find the size of this tank on the diagrams but the 40TD specs show 117 gal. gray capacity. 117-67=50 so the kitchen gray tank must be ~50 gal.

Each of the 3 tanks has it's own vent to the roof and own dump valve.

3 cheers for Winnebago for placing diagrams on the internet. I know of no other manufacturer that does this.

Our 2007 Vectra 40TD has 2 grey tanks. One for the galley and one for the shower and washer/dryer. Total capacity is 86 gallons.
