Where is fan clutch relay on Journey 34y???

I have not been able to find the engine fan clutch relay on our 2010 Journey 34y. There is a placard stating it is "Under left rear valance". I have looked under both sides of the motorhome, behind cabinet draws and in basement compartments and still can't find that fuse box with the fuse and relay.

Could it be under the rear floor engine covers?

Please let me know, if you have found it on a similar Journey.

Thanks,
Richard

UPDATE - I Found It !!!

I found the Fan Clutch Relay and Fuse.
It was in a box that I originally ignored, because it was labeled "Arens" and seemed to be another electrical component. Duh! Oh well.

It is in the upper left corner of the battery compartment on this Journey 34Y.

Since the relays are all the same, I swapped the REV LPS with the Fan relay. I have some 9000' mountains to cross tomorrow, so we will see if there is any difference in cooling. I doubt it, it's likely the clutch or dirty intercooler/radiator.

Here is what it looks like:

I assume you have a side radiator? Cummins?

Let us know what your engine and tranny temps are in addition to the OAT?

I'm guessing you are in dry climates, but humidity is can factor in to engine and tranny temps getting hot too.

Do you use pink OAT coolant?

These Journey models have a rear radiator.
I have not found a Tranny temp readout on any of the digital display items. This doesn't seem to be a tranny temp problem.
Yes, it has clean pink coolant.
I believe a contributing problem is the fan clutch getting a bit weak. A common issue.
But, I see the real problem is likely the radiator airflow. When the fan is blowing hard, there is a big hot wind coming out of the top 1/3 of the radiator, but the lower 2/3 has very little or no airflow. A radiator can't cool properly like that. There is nothing clogging the radiator or the intercooler behind it.
I'm planning on installing two 16" fans on the lower part of the radiator to solve the airflow problem. It may end up being a much better cooling system than the factory.
BTW - I have looked at 2 other, similar diesel motorhomes and the airflow out of their radiators is the same. Weird.
