Where is subwoofer in Meridian 40R?

We have purchased a pre-owned 2016 Itasca Meridian 40R. The installed LG sound bar sounds terrible - worse than the TV. I have already replaced it with a Bose soundbar but am wondering where the LG subwoofer is. I believe that was the problem with the LG soundbar.

Does anyone out there know where Winnebago has hidden it?

Well, I finally took a look and it appears the subwoofer was never installed. I can see the place for it. Strange. Anyway, anyone else wondering why their sound is so tinny from their soundbar may also be missing the sub...

How do you know it was never installed, or if the previous owners just took it out?
