If the loss of power is occurring in the afternoon, it is likely when peak demand for AC occurs.
During peak demand periods, the supply voltage can drop considerably particularly in older or fully occupied RV parks and on the entire power network. When the voltage drops, the AC unit will draw more current in an attempt to keep the AC running. That increase in current could be putting your power usage over the 30a limit and the "EMS" sheds some of the load. Really hard to be certain that it is happening in your coach but a high probability given it occurs in late afternoon when demand on the entire power network increases and peaks.
