Windshield Visor

My 2007 Journey has the manual sunvisors that needs to be pulled down to use. In order to use you have to stand up to reach them. Of course this can't be done if you are driving.

The Journey has blankoffs installed for a left and right power sun visor, but I don't know if the wiring resides at the blankoffs and where the motorized visors would be installed.
What have others done up upgrade their sun visors?
