Winnebago Via front slide out on model 25Q

Has anyone had issues with the slide outs on the Winnebago Via or Itasca Reyo? I just found what I thing is a metal piece about 11/2 long with a metal wheel on one end, and the other end has a thread. Someone said it could be the roller wheel...the slide still works but seems to have a hic up and I'm wondering how much of a repair this is?

Thank you for your help!

Yes, it's a wheel for the slide mechanism, there are 4. Somewhere I have an extensive thread on this which I will attempt to locate.

Here is one short thread showing where the 4 rollers are located on that carriage. Somewhere else I described in detail how I fixed it, hopefully I can find it. It did involve working under the couch and making some special tools.

Here it is, post #3. Getting the roller in and tight was not easy, I removed the inflatable mattress from the couch and the metal cover under the couch so I could work at it from inside, plus the metal cover in the ceiling of the outside bay so I could work on it from the bottom as well, very little room for hands and tools. My roller that fell of was rolling around in the lower cover which I had removed to see about some lube.
What makes it especially difficult is you cannot tighten the nut to the stud without holding the inner allen head which is nearly impossible to fit an allen wrench into once the roller is in position. I had to heat and custom bend the allen wrench several times throughout the job as I tightened all 4 rollers.
