Draining Fresh Water Tank-2022 Travato KL

Although there is a drain plug under the chassis (behind right front wheel area), I wonder if there is an easier way to drain the fresh water tank? My old body hates getting down there with a wrench to open the plug (although it otherwise is not difficult).

Remove and take the threaded drain plug to a plumbing supply shop and get a flow through tap/faucet/spigot styled fitting, and install it. Next time, just turn the valve to drain. No wrench required, just a simple on/off valve.
Maybe they have powered remote drain valves now, to let you do it without getting down under?
