Era 70X Galley Rattle

We have a 2017 (2016 chassis) Era 70X. The galley cabinet has a lot of movement and rattling.

Have seen posts in various forums regarding the movement and rattle of the 70X galley. Videos show a lot of vibrating movement on bumpy roads. This is our issue.

Owners have mentioned that they had the dealer tighten the galley attach points, which seemed to help.

Winnebago's 3D illustration does not clearly show floor attach points and doesn't show wall attach points at all.

Specifically, where are the attach points? Can I access them to tighten them myself?

I don't know the answer to your question... BUT you are 120 miles south of the Factory Service Center in Forest City, IA. Take a road trip and get this and anything else fixed the right way.

Right now it should be easy to get an appointment due to winter weather.

Contact the service facility directly to set an appointment at (866) 311-7133.

Thanks. Due respect, but we purchased our Era new from Lichtsinn. We are familiar with their excellent service department as well as the service department at Winnebago, 1 mile away.

I don't relish 5 hours of driving, burning through a full tank of diesel, cooling my heels for hours in their lounge and paying $120 per hour for either of them to chase a rattle that should never have been there anyway.

What I was asking is how do I chase it myself, in my own shed.

Sorry for any confusion or offense.

I drove 1700 miles to get service at the factory - so anytime I see someone 120 miles away I just naturally think that this is the solution.

No offense. Just wanted to make my question clear.

Thanks for responding.
