Help Removing Fridge from ERA 170X

Hi all. I have a 2017 ERA 170X. I'm replacing the 3-way Norcold fridge with the Nova Kool compressor fridge that became standard on 2018 and later models. I'm having a hard time removing the old fridge. I have removed the 4 screws that are on the side of the fridge and go into the front lip of the cabinet. I've also unbolted the floor strap on each side of the fridge. Unfortunately, the fridge is still rigidly mounted to something I can't see and won't budge at all. Has anyone removed their fridge or have an advice on what else could be holding the fridge in place?

I don’t know if this would help, but I recently repaired my Norcold fridge in a Travato. There was a safety cable from the fridge to the steel frame of the of the wall of the van body. I accessed it from the drivers side bed frame. I’m not sure if yours is set up the same way. There’s a great “How to” video on YouTube.

The safety cable is a thing, but I didn't find it to be "rigid" at first, there was still a couple inches of play.

Are you SURE you found all the screws? There's a couple of screw holes hidden under the hinges on my Novakool, and at least 6 (maybe 8?) screws holding my fridge in place.

There's also a chance of adhesive or a "cold weld" of fridge to cabinet... maybe try slipping a putty knife under the lip of the fridge?
