Exclamation Smog Check Location For ERA RV: Redondo Beach, CA area?

all the smog check places I can find have these tiny, restrictive garage type faculties. Even the Auto Chek place has a max height of 9'6", which is too close to the RV's official height of 9'6" for my taste.

Can anyone suggest a place I could take my rig?

Thanks.

I guess this question is overcome-by-events.

Turns out, with post-1999 vehicles, they don't need to put the car on the "rollers" and run it at highway speeds... it's all done by the ODB (OBD? OBE? OBI-WAN?) port.

If you feel .like taking a little drive, Mike's Motorsports in Desert Hot Springs does smog checks on RV's from 0800 to 1200 daily. Cost is $100.

Smog Check Stations

I asked my smog check station if they could just do it outside; they were fine with that and just asked me to come in when they opened so that I could be the 1st in line.
