There usually ARE adjustments to vehicle doors of that style, but you do need proper tools to do it. Impact wrenches, air or electric help to have. A torque wrench is necessary. Then a laser level is a must. Plus a few more mechanic measuring type items would help a great deal. And a shop manual is handy to have.
You could also take it to a body shop.
But the first thing I would do is to make absolutely sure that where I was parking the rig is flat. Biggest reason doors in an RV won't close properly is because the rig isn't parked flat, or nearly flat.
